  11. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  12. 1 cube butter
  13. 1 egg
  14. 1 tsp. vanilla
  15. 2 cups flour
  16. 1/2 tsp. salt
  17. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  18. 1 cup buttermilk
  19. 1 1/2 cup rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  20. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  21. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  22.  
  23. Cream together butter and sugar.  Mix in egg and vanilla.  Add flour,
  24. salt, and soda alternatly with buttermilk.  Stir in rhubarb.  Top with
  25. brown sugar and cinnamon.

  27. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes in a 2 quart baking dish.
